No hot or rhythmic AC in Miami?

IRISHBLAZE said:
ok mr spanish besides the spanish people who are black what exactly does the spanish radio have to do with them?

"Spanish people" are people from Spain. 99% of the Hispanics in Miamia are not from Spain.

A large percentage of Hispanics from the Greater Antilles are Black; apparently you don't understand that "Hispanic" is not a race, but a culture. Except for Haiti, Spanish is spoken in the Greater Antilles.

and as far as i can see on this website youve have been 100% geared towards spanish and last time i checked jamaican hatians and bahamians dont speak spanish......

R2D2 has gears, perhaps. I don't.

I don't know what a "Jamaican Hatian(sic)" is. Haitians speak Kreyol, and Jamaicans speak English. Most Blacks in Miami are neither Jamaican nor Haitian nor Bahamaian.

i know what i read ok david eduardo i think the board guy should suspend you for 3 months because its like you have it out for me for some reason.......

I have nothing against you personally. However, I find your particular knowledge of radio very lacking since you have yet to post anything that is true. I am still chuckling about your contention that Lincoln would be buying stations!!

WKAT AND 89.7 ARE RELATED FOR THE FACT OF SALEM knew that 89.7 was going classical

89.7 is a non-commercial frequency. It was sold in September of 2007 while WKAT went to religious programming sometime in the first few months of 2007, about 6 or 7 months before WMCU was sold. Salem operates predominantly religious teaching and preaching stations or contemporary Christian formats (English and Spanish) so it was no surprise that 1360 ended up religious... way before WMCU was announced as sold pending FCC approval.
