No joke, New York really does have a dance station!

104.7 in eastern Queens was playing some after hours house music tonight. Earlier in the evening, that 104.7 was playing Pulse 87-like dance music. There were no station IDs. Came in for about 10 miles along 495, then I lost it to another pirate on 104.7.

I wonder if it's related to 92.9 The Beat in Trenton, NJ, as it had the same presentation- nonstop dance music.

How long did you hear the station for? Is it possible you were picking up K104.7 WSPK in Poughkeepsie?? and you just weren't able to tune in long enough to get an id? I haven't heard them in awhile, but they are a dance friendly CHR that has had some very dance oriented mixshows on the weekends.
