No KWKB since Saturday at noon

This past Saturday (2/24/2007), KWKB was airing Kids' WB one minute and then Coach the next, citing network difficulties, and then the station went off the air soon after--it briefly returned Tuesday, but then it went off the air again, and it has yet to return....
 
In case anyone's interested, I noticed that Eastern Iowa's CW (aka My KWKB) returned sometime Friday night (3/2/2007), but I don't think it's back to full power yet, as the picture is not quite as clear as it was before last weekend's ice storm....
