no more AT40 Best Of's on 94.5?

I would say we don't know for certain as several stations may have declined to pick up the year end countdown. Of course, the end of the year is also the perfect time to drop a show. A lot of radio stations still don't keep their websites current.

I agree with Eric on "America's Greatest Hits." It's not bad; it's just not particularly great either.

What about for those of us looking for 1960's music? Besides Oldies 92.7, I think I'm out of luck. I would love for one of the I Heart channels to pick up the I Heart 60's format for one of their HD subchannels!
 
KOOL ran the 1/15/83 'AT40--the '80s' show as scheduled this morning, so the question of whether or not the station is no longer running the Premiere program has been answered.

That morning is etched in my memory just as the memory of hearing of the assassination of JFK. It was a huge deal to most 15 year olds.

But I was referring to the date I generally use to describe my personal "day the music died" - 1984. Perhaps I should rename it to "the year that rock n roll ended".
