No Oldies in Harrisonburg!

Why is it that there are no oldies (Music of the 60's , 70's and 80's ) in Harrisonburg? We had Oldies 103 FM yrs ago for a short while, then WBOP - Magic 106.3 that was also short-lived!!
Staunton has Star 94.3 that plays Classic Rock Hits and Charlottesville has Generations 102.3 but there is nothing in Harrisonburg... !!
