No "Personalities?"

A portion of the latest ad looking for "flight crew" members on Fly:

"Please …“DJ’s”, “announcers”, “jocks” or “personalities” need not apply."


I understand the dj's, announcers and jocks, because they apparently don't want "ron-radios," which is fine, but no "personalities?!" So, in other words, John O' Hurley - their voice guy - will have more flavor than the air staff. Why even hire anybody if you don't want any "personalities?"...just continue juke-boxing the thing with the voice guy and gal in between songs.
 
And...what were you guys expecting?

That whole format is based on being "anti-radio". Being different. Why would you expect same old same old?

I competely understand, and I know what he was trying to say in his ad, but if I'm picking (which I am), I have to take exception only with the word 'personalities.' If you're breathing, you have a personality. He really DOES want personalities....just "different" ones.

BTW, I think the girl on there now fits exactly what they want out of their staff, which makes sense as to why they hired her.
