wage freeze in effect. napoleon sent the word today. wonder if your new contract had a nice increase after first year. its not worth the paper its written on. first 401ks now this. scott miller leaving wrvr for canada. smartest guy in the room.

word is also out that they have maxed out all vacations at 2 weeks.....but don't quote me on that until it's been verified by someone on the inside over at Entercom.
 
2 weeks tops. even the veterans who had 5 weeks. baron under pressure from top for adding bodies when they are cutting everywhere else in the company. bottom line is a joke on ridgeway.
 
So...how long until the "Abandon Ship" flags are a-flyin'?
I have friends in that building, and I hate to see 'em getting screwed.
At least mine was quick and relatively painless. (and a long time ago)
If not for all the people (in all their properties) who'd suffer for it...there's little I'd like to see more than to see Entercom crash and burn. Their management corporate-wide is sorry.
There is some satisfaction knowing the Fields are sweating anyway.
 
even better. christmas party tonite at zoo. staff must buy their own drink tickets. no open bar. everyone there needs a stiff drink and can't get one. some party. rubber chicken, soda and pandas. once jr starts eating, there may only be one panda left. bad planning.
