They were talking about something, probably Epstein related, and the other host (not Jake) said (innocently) that Kash and thevFBZi were keeping an eye on the issue.
So of course Spike said “which eye”, and then went on a little bit.
It's a cheap, not very funny joke, but it also seems like a fairly mild one compared to "shock jock" stuff you'd hear 20 or 30 years ago on the radio. Seems like all stations are paranoid about getting the administration mad at them.
