Fight when it seemed like there would be no sports at all on WGN TV, the big announcement came this morning as the Chicago Fire signed with WGN TV to air 24 home and away matches, and Robert Feder has his report at https://www.robertfeder.com/2020/02/19/back-play-play-wgn-air-chicago-fire-soccer-broadcasts/ . Right now there is no word on the announcers for the broadcasts, but this is shocking even to say the least, as lead fall and even up to this morning it didn't look WGN TV would be in the sports business. There are 10 games that will air on national tv, and the games that aren't will be the 24 the will be seen on WGN TV.
