No Urban in Syracuse?

This is a sad day as Syracuse lost its own Urban formatted station, Urban AC WPHR as Clear Channel decided to engage in a country war with a competing country station.
 
I'm very disappointed Clear Channel.I know you're greedy, but I really thought you were better than that.
 
Syracuse is hardly a city . Just ice, snow, and coneys. It had no Urban back in the Sixties either. Just ice and snow. The university station had an Urban program.
