Show me a company that doesn't mind losing a couple million dollars, and I'll show you a failing company. Every dollar counts, if you own one station or over a hundred. If a couple million didn't matter, why do people get laid off?

Except for the cost of the suits. I'd say the threat of losing that money and the negative publicity is enough to be cautious.
