NOAA Weather Radio with Real Voice

NOAA Weather Radio from State College (at least 162.55 in Harrisburg) is
broadcasting with a real, folksy-sounding voice this week as the National
Weather Service office moves. Less informative than the robotron normally
on-air, and wonder if the voice is coming from New York, where the forecasts
are coming from this week?
