My first boss at KSL, back in 1979, when he was Maintenance Supervisor. You may have seen him in "Airport '75", moving a TK-44 camera, and looking up at the movie camera as they cut away.
We built the KSL Broadcast House in 1982-83.
After Noel retired, he and his second wife moved to the huge cabin that he single-handedly built in the mountains.
He was one of the few engineers who was a real "people person". He was happiest when cooking steaks for a few hundred people at the company summer picnic.
