Non-action drama movies on cable

Does it seem like a lot of these don't get played a lot? Stuff like Good Will Hunting, Truman Show, The Accused, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Curious Case of Benjamin Button, American Beauty, ect. While Forrest Gump and Titanic gets played, it seems like drama movies that are on cable are of the action variety. Your thoughts?
