Non-Commercial stations in CT?

I know about 89.5 WPKN because it's in my vicinity but are there other non-commercial stations in the state and do you think a lot of people listen to them because they are non-commercial?

I try to listen to 89.5 WSOU in Greenwich ct over WPKN.. their college radio does that count :p
