non-USA Radio Programs on USA OTA Radio

I was thinking about music programs, it seems like it could be interesting to hear the weekly music countdown shows (even if the song list has already been published) on the BBC and Australian (and maybe Indian) radio.
This would most likely have such a limited appeal and audience that it wouldn't be seriously considered. In other discussion threads it's been mentioned numerous times how even stations with well-programmed, mass-appeal formats and programming are struggling. Programming like this with such limited appeal would be an even harder sell.

The only example I've heard of anything remotely similar is an NPR station that airs 30 minutes of news, information and music in French Creole. In that case, it's aired late at night and is underwritten entirely by a particular organization that pays for the whole thing.

Maine Public Radio airs "As It Happens" From the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. weeknights at 9PM....but then, we are right next to Canada..
