Nor'Easter Bash in Rutland.

Although I cannot believe that the 'small market close-minded upper management minds' at the "Merchant's Row Madhouse" came up with this idea for this 'Nor'Easter Bash" in downtown Rutland on Friday. The idea sounds like a great one, though this seems very short noticed..

If they did, though I know full well that there are very capable people under the general and programming management ranks, that have the ability to think big and outside the box.. Kudos to them for pulling this off.. ! It's a fantastic idea, and sound like fun.. Who knows, maybe Kracko's Gang will partake in the festivities !! :)

OK, the name "Noricane" as the name the Pamal stations used to describe the Nor"easter a few weeks back does not work, though the event seemed to draw a fairly moderate crowd to downtown Rutland on Friday. I have to think that the Rutland Herald's article gave the event some legs, since certainly the Pamal folks, nor the other participating partners thought the event was worthy enough to provide information on their website.

The interactive displays, and the cherry picker rides seemed good, the best spectacle of all was walking by the fine restaurant on Center Street that had an outdoor set up, and listening to those loud, billowing, foul-mouthed, boisterous noises eminating from the often imbibing, (after 5:00 pm, please) .. Well you know.. "Pokey Bear"...

What's with all the Pamal bashing ??? and who is this "profesor and maryanne"? From what I here they are a nice bunch. I think "Noracane" has a nice ring to it!! Kudos WJJR still #1 in my book!!!

Who signs your paycheck Mr. Marbles ? Perhaps "Pam and Al's" father ????? HHHmmmmmmmmm.. We know a ringer when we see one.

thank you dudeman2000!! we are all in this together as a radio community...by the listeners for the listeners is my motto!!!! ;)

The Pokey Bear reference is to what we hear is GM of the Pamal Operation. She sometimes known as, "Mary Anne" as well, but we hear this "Mary Anne" swears like a longshoreman.. "Ahoy Skipper "" !!
