Norfolk market particulars

What is the radio landscape like in Virginia's largest non DC market? What stations have steet buzz? What are the strongest influences on the market? How about the best studios? I'm particularly curious about WNOR and WRHO/WRHV's studios. Has anybody seen them/have pics? What are the key battles?

Just from a sample of available net audio, I also have to ask, is the WFOG morning guy decent or jerky?

Since I don't know what you mean by "decent or jerky", I will say I know Barry Michaels, and he is one of the hardest working, sharpest dressing professionals in Hampton Roads. Up at 3am, a 6-10am morning show and 2 remotes a day are common for him.<P ID="signature">______________
