I heard from a friend that 2 radio stations, while not owned by the same person or company are for sale..

Who could it be?

Instead of playing the game of "let's post unsubstantiated rumors", lets try posting something with facts.

"I heard from a friend of mine that station WXYZ and WZYX are in play. Has anyone else heard this?"

the last rumor you posted was BS and a waste of bandwidth.

Fine.... since it's only a rumor and nothing else, I'll spill the proverbial beans..

The rumor is that WCAP owner, whos in his 80s finally wants to retire.. and the means selling the station. My friend told me that someone well known to New Hampshire radio, that sold some of their stations to a bigger company several years ago might be interested.

I don't recall what the other station was... I was too tired last night.
