I saw this note at MCH Enterprises website, a radio station broker:
"STATIONS WANTED: Financially pre-qualified Spanish Christian Network desires to acquire FMs and Translators in the following communities/markets: Sacramento, CA; Vallejo, CA; Chico-Redding, CA. Please contact Brett Miller regarding your terms and conditions. All conversations will be confidential for this one-off acquisition search."
There are so many Spanish-language religious radio groups out there now. Perhaps it's a group that came up empty-handed after the NCE window. Even big Anglo-centric groups are getting into Hispanic-focused preaching business.
I know of several NCEs in recent times trying to unload Northern Valley stations. Sacramento itself might be a tougher buying situation though.
