Northwestern Media will pay $9,901,558.34 for the Illinois District Council of Assemblies of God’s New Life Media stations. Northwestern will also receive $200,000 worth of underwriting announcements on the stations for the twelve months following closing of the deal.

The full list of stations included in the deal are 91.5 WCIC Pekin/Peoria and its simulcasters 90.5 WSCT Springfield, 88.7 WPRC Sheffield, 100.5 W263AO Galesburg, 91.7 W219DV Jacksonville, 98.9 W255AI Bloomington, and 97.3 K247BW Bettendorf IA plus 91.7 WBGL Champaign and its simulcasters 88.5 WCRT-FM Terre Haute IN, 88.1 WNLD Decatur, 89.7 WBMV Mount Vernon, 89.7 WCBW-FM East St. Louis, 91.1 WIBI Carlinville, 89.1 WIMB Murphysboro, 91.7 WVNL Vandalia, 88.1 WZGL Charleston, 104.7 WCFL Morris/Joliet, 106.9 K295FB Cape Girardeau MO, 93.9 W230BS Effingham, 90.1 W211AD Granite City,
