This has to be wrong. No way could they have gotten WMCT-5 Memphis OTA in Norton VA. I would say that they meant WCYB from Bristol, and that someone at TVFB maybe just heard "channel 5", had WMCT on the brain, and it made its way into the editing and no one caught it.
