There is. Nosan RadioAny website for this “Nosan Radio”?
Addendum to my earlier post: Greenland also has FMs on both even and odd frequencies.Even numbered FM frequencies aren’t used anywhere in The Americas outside of the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Caribbean.
Both are internet stations. Neither are broadcast on FM...
Just because they put a frequency in their name, doesn't make them a real boy.
And that's relevant to a station claiming to be in suburban Houston how?Addendum to my earlier post: Greenland also has FMs on both even and odd frequencies.
I was pointing out in post #3 that a legitimate station in the U.S. would not be using an “even” frequency on FM. As a point of trivia I mentioned the only places in the Americas that did so, and forgot Greenland. And that's relevant to a station claiming to be in suburban Houston how?
And in Colombia (e.g. Tropicana, Tunja, 88.6 FM - which I have heard during Sporadic-E so can confirm that this is the correct frequency!)Even numbered FM frequencies aren’t used anywhere in The Americas outside of the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Caribbean.
Yes, sir. Nosan Radio La Más Romántica is an online radio station that uses 98.4 as a symbolic frequency of love. The owners of the station were married in April of 1998, and from that comes 98.4, the symbolic frequency of love. Are they doing the same thing as Spin 106.3 in Dallas?
There is supposed a station somewhere in Richmond Tx called NOSAN RADIO 98.4.
Playing romantic music, claiming to be on the air.
Except of course any listener that still thinks they can receive a station on a broadcast frequency...Terrestrial radio frequencies always end in an odd number, and by using 98.4, Nosan Radio ensures that it does not infringe on the rights of any radio station.

There is a Norsan Media that operates several Hispanic targeted formats in Austin and other markets, but this isn’t them.

I have heard of some internet streamers that operate a Part 15 FM transmitter so any radio claim is technically correct, even if coverage is restricted to a few neighbors.😆

Yes, Nosan Radio La Más Romántica (the most romantic one) is an online radio station (in Spanish) that uses 98.4 (without using FM) and always mentioning it as a symbolic frequency of love. The owners of the station were married in April of 1998, and from that comes 98.4, the symbolic frequency of love. Terrestrial radio frequencies always end in an odd number, and by using 98.4, Nosan Radio ensures that it does not infringe on the rights of any radio station, especially local ones. Nosan Radio is more than just a dream. It is now a family project with the intention of promoting love & poetry a bit moreIt could be said, in fact, that creating a non-existent "frequency" helps protect them against legal action by a licensed station on a real frequency.
