Regent Communications has released its Q4 and full-year revenue results for 2008. Net broadcast revenue fell by five percent in Q4 and 1.6 percent for the year. In Q4 '08, revenue was down from $24.9 million to $23.7 million and for the year, down from $97.9 million to $96.3 million. Regent reported a net loss of $2.1 million in Q4 and $45.7 million for all of 2008.
