I am sure Mike will be along soon to explain this.The KNUS.99.COM WEBSITE DETAILING THE HISTORY OF DFW RADIO-TV has been taken down due to some issue. So please give Mike you support. He has worked on this site for over 8 years,and it is the best broadcast history site bar none! Don't deluge him with email asking why,just give him some breathing room to explain. Man this sux.
 
Its best to let Mike inform one and all. He will just give him time.
 
Major bummer, but Mike has faced all kinds of hurdles with the DFW Radio site and he's bounced back from them all. I'm sure this situation will be no different.

Isn't there a KNUS in Denver? Maybe the Station in Denver complained. ???

There is a message from Mike in place of the DFW Radio History page that states a lawsuit has developed over another website he created and maintains.

OK, OK, slow down on the speculation!! ha. Just glad to see someone cares. :'(

I can't discuss this freely, but generally, there was an omission/inaccuracy/oversight on another site I write and maintain that someone construed to be a misrepresentation of fact. I'm trying my best to get this thing settled and forgotten before it goes to court (which would mean a trip to California to appear.) Lots more to it than this, and I don't even have all the details just yet.

Point being, I've taken down EVERY website of mine to do a thorough scan-over to make sure I'm not leaving myself open to any liability or responsibility anywhere. Ya know, as soon as I'm being PAID to create and maintain these sites, I'll be happy to take on some liability for what's there. At this point, however, it's just a bunch of non-commercial 'fan sites' that are there for nostalgia, information and fun.
