RadioDiscussions.com has a national board called "Where Are They Now?" for postings inquiring about the current whereabouts of talent. This thread wouldn't be applicable there, because it inquires about where someone was previously, as opposed to where they are now.

That someone is WATD's Ron Dwyer. I'm pretty certain he was a young DJ at WORL (950 AM) when it briefly was Top 40, circa 1965-1966, during the WMEX and WBZ era, and that he used a different name back then. (Please correct me on this if I'm wrong). Then, when WWEL became KISS-108, he came on board while working concurrently for a while for another Boston FM. However, I have absolutely no idea where he was in the long period between 1966 and 1979. Can someone fill me in on that? ???
 
I believe he has talked on air about doing country radio sometime in his past.
 
Was Ron Dwyer known as  Keith Simmons at WEZE when McCormack owned it and had Alan Colmes in AM drive, Bill Lowell in Middays, Neil Gran Cannon in PM drive and Bob Stuart overnights (With news from Wally O'Harra, the prototype for Bob and Ray's Wally Ballou, and Linda Alben, now ABC London)
 
Ron Dwyer has one of the best deliveries in the biz. Great pipes. Fun gentleman. But, he has Godzilla on his dashboard! LMFAO.
 
Where is Ed Corchran (sp), he was a news partner with John Masters at WRKO in the 70's? He then turned up on Christian radio somewhere. Is he in radio anymore?
