Not yet for Arbitron's PPM in Houston - reports Inside Radio

The Inside Radio report that the PPM audit committee of the Media Rating Council met last Thursday turns out to be right - and now Arbitron's Pierre Bouvard and Owen Charlebois say they're making progress toward accreditation. But they're not there yet. The MRC requests more "information, analyses and followup actions from Arbitron." And since Arbitron promised its own Radio Advisory Council it wouldn't turn on the People Meters for live ratings until it gets accreditation - they'll stick with diaries in Houston.
