Noticed 2 things yesterday...

93.3 translator station out of Sumter that used to repeat WICI 94.7 is now KAT Kountrry. This is a translator for 1290AM WWHM.

95.9-I am hearing the Gospel format from WFMV Columbia on there. I wonder if this is another translator station. I dont see the need for a Gospel translator considering you have 94.5 in Orangeburg and 98.3 for Sumter.

The 95.9 translator is W240AX, which was bought by Glory from BBN. It used to repeat WYFV when WYFV was at 88.1. I think it is carrying WFMV until Alex can get permission to put 620 or 1470 on it.

I regret the day that the FCC let BBN put up that stick. It is less than a half mile from my house and ever since it came on, I have had nothing but trouble. I can hardly pick up WMHK let alone that theri station bleeds over into my large stereo on many channels as well as my cordless phone and a pair of computer speakers.
I ahve not been able to get them to do anything about it and all they, BBN wants to do is to come into my house and listen when Veriozon was able to figure out my cell problems by riding through my neighborhood.
I just wish that BBN had never left their transloators.
