WAGA is down in the ratings for every newscast compared to a year ago.

WXIA made small gains in almost every newscast, and is in second place at 6pm.

WSB seems to have people hypnotized. Who else can pull off about 3 hours of repeated news over and over on Sunday mornings. Hey WSB, how about some "Gilligan's Island" or something? Why don't you just go news 24/7.........you're halfway there already!

Well, Atlanta is in the South, meaning conservative tastes on everything, so if its a "tradition" then people will stick with it regardless of how mediocre it can be. At least, there is some variety in news choice in Atlanta compared to some markets where everybody duplicates one another because the "ratings leader" sets the news format.
