November 2012 Ratings

Not much has changed. DUV is kicking everyone else's butt. 95.7 picked up nearly a full point. 620 is still hovering at 2.4ish, and 98.7 still must not be listened to much by the people they chart as its still only pulling a 0.4, even though I have found myself listening to 98.7 much more than 620 nowadays. I pretty much never changed the dial from 620 in years, until 98.7

970 is steadily climbing as well, now at #6 with a 5.1. They have gained 1.6 points in the last four months, one of the only stations i see on the chart actually showing any growth. In the same period, hot 101.5 has lost a full point, and so has the Bone.

Sounds like 970 got a bump from the election. It'll be interesting to see if it holds.

Probably not. But a predictable bounce.

The more interesting note about 970 is how the translator holds its own in areas around town where AM is troublesome. I was listening to 105.9 from Downtown St. Pete. today out to Palm Harbor Homes in Plant City - a good 40+ miles. I would normally hold the AM-HD that far anyway. But not many people besides us geeks have one of those radios, anyway.

Jeff in Sa-ra-so-ta!
