I doubt that. Dave Stewart(aka "Sgt. Hairclub") has mentioned that Stern's replacement would be local and already established in the Seattle market.
______________

That said, here's the early line on who the replacement will be:

BJ Shea even
Andy Savage 3-1
Ricker 5-1
Robin and Maynard 10-1
Tony Ventrella 20-1
Alan Prell 35-1
C. Foster Kane (John Langan) 50-1
Pat O'Day 100-1

LOL! I miss The Radiomen. Better yet, resurrect Langan and West! Aw hell, we all know it's gonna be BJ.

Anyone who's seen what BJ & company look like and have seen the ads, can pretty much tell who's mugs are under those paper bags. Another dead givaway is Toppy's laugh can be heard in the background on the second spot if you listen close enough.
______________

When Soundgarden and the grunge scene was just exploding in about '90, they hired JP Patches to bring the band onstage at the Paramount; as you can imagine, the place went totally berserk. I wasn't there but saw it on a video of the show that's probably still available.
