I am wondering why people gravitate more to Mix than any other music station in the valley. To me their presentation isn't all that great, their dj's, well imo leave alot to be desired and there is nothing really fresh on the air there. Is it just that they are comfortable with that music mix compared to say Kiss, Jamz, Peak etc? Just curious why the draw.

I think it is the safe, almost vanilla playlist that Mix has. They seem to keep their playlist a lot tighter than the Peak's by sticking with newer music, versus adding older hits. Their DJ's do leave a lot to be desired, although I think Bryan Allen, Mix's afternoon talent, is a great DJ.
