Yep. As many of us mention on this site, ad buyers don't look at single books. They do rolling averages of several books... 2 or 3 in diary markets and 6 or more in PPM markets. That's because the numbers do wobble, and that is entirely normal within the stated margin of error of the affordable sample sizes used by Nielsen.
