WMXD is on top. Clearly what they've done with shifting programming is working. WWJ, that station on the 'dead' band is a strong second and The Ticket, surprisingly holds onto third despite the usual drop in cume (AQH) after the Tigers season is over. WJR saw a big jump, I presume because of election coverage earlier this month and is in 5th place. Again, two AMs in the Top 5 in a Major Market. Both NASH and Young Country saw an increase after a puzzling drop for both in the last period. 105.1 saw a small 0.2 jump likely due to the Pistons. If that's all they get for their money then GMD really should rethink this format. No other items of note.
Next report will show WNIC way out in first because of Christmas. People knock it, but it works.
