Classic Cumulus. They've already done this in a number of other former Citadel markets. They operate under the sales philosophy that more sales people on the ground means more sales. Mel Karmazin used to work the same way. While it may work for some salespeople, and it may work in some environments, I hated it as an AE.
 
Yeah, Karmazin wasn't successful at all...
It isn't the amount of reps; but the quality. Who knows, they might have had some people leave or get let go recently...
