The coin vault has some tempting pitches but, as pabsungenis pointed out, a quick look around the internet will reveal that you can buy similar coins for half the price. I suppose that there is a 'no muss, no fuss' quality about the way that they package multiple coin sets - good for a truly lazy collector.
However, when SAH (or anyone else) pitches those "colorized" state quarters, they immediately lose credibility with anyone who knows what they're doing! What crap that is! Sadly, the potential buyers are lower to middle income men aged 65+. It's usually the older folks with little money to spare who fall for that kind of nonsense.
Then again, QVC trolls the nation's trailer parks despirately seeking the uneducated shopper. They're no different. Personally, I wish that all of these home shopping channels would quit wasting electricity and go away. Heck, its 2007 - if you want to buy something just shop the internet!
