I guess nobody on R-I has noticed when traffic is. Or cares to notice. :
Shucks, since I'm a traffic report fan, even if it's just for "entertainment" (I don't live in the DC or Balt. market but I do get 1500 [and in the daytime, 820] where I live, although I relied more practically on Marbourg and Rust on 1500 WTOP from about 1986-1993 when I was occasionally trekking to DC for job interviews).
