There is nothing "allegedly" about it. -20 db equals 1/100. Simple math. Any station whose HD signal is not 1/100 of their analog power is not operating within FCC rules.

I think it is too. Several radios, including factory installed versions, have this feature. USB "Thumb Drives" are marvelous.
