NPR on 94.5?

This is strange, but unless a certain Lexington, KY station has changed format I'm wondring what I heard this afternoon in Midletown, OH. It was an NPR program on 94.5 mixing in with WDKF, Englewood (Dayton), OH. I didn't note any other DX reception, and it seems too early in the year for E Skip. Help anyone?
 
There are a few NPR stations on 92 to 108 MHz, most of them I believe are heritage stations or former commercial outlets that were donated to a college or university

There's a 105kw NPR station (WNED-FM) in Buffalo, New York on 94.5...
