What impact does WBUR have on the ratings?

Shouldn't they factor this non-commercial station which plays "commercials" ?

The Air America crowd that wants crystal clear sound
tunes in to NPR. What does that do to Boston's Progressive Talk's
potential numbers?

(or the refreshing thought that NPR doesn't play the same dreadful PSAs)

Please, no snippy comments from the usual suspects who support Rush et.al.

Or, if you don't want to, WBUR's 12+ shares are somewhere between the country music station and that talk station that everyone loves to hate (but not the one with the new D.C. guy).
 
WBUR-90.9 is supposed to be one of the highest-rated NPR member stations in the country.

Probably true. The Seattle Post Intlligencer newspaper has an interesting take on Seattle's top-rated Pubcaster, KUOW-FM...it's at:

But this ascendancy may not last. The previously-mentioned Radio Resource Consortium indicated there's some slippage among Pubcasters on the radio dial:

Maybe WGBH-FM should have held on to those classical music hours; classical noncomms get higher TSL's, even when playing the music of Alban Berg!

Thanks, Guys.

I don't subscribe to R & R (heck, my new Billboard sub was only 99.00 for
6 months; and CMJ has a good deal going, but RR is a bit pricey) and the info
said "subscribers only" for NPR - but thanks for pointing me in that direction.

I'd like to see that info for Boston so I'll track it down.
