NSWL to have games air on CBS

Not to throw cold water on this, but it is on a Saturday night which is a throwaway for the networks unless running college football. Still a positive for the NWSL.

There seems to be a concerted effort by all networks that cover sports to give women's sports greater exposure, but viewer and spectator interest remains tepid at best. Women as a whole are much less likely to be fans of spectator sports than men are, and men as a whole consistently show no interest in women's sports, with the possible exception of tennis. What is the end game here? At some point, don't ESPN, CBS, and the rest pull the plug, or would that subject them to accusations of sexism and probable boycotts of advertisers?

How many viewers do the league and CBS expect to get? There are usually at least 3 college football games that air at that time, mostly on ESPN/2 or ABC.
