NTSC Analog CHannel 3?

We had some pretty good Sporadic-E from Canada to Utah on Friday.
Anyone know of a channel 3 still operating in analog NTSC?
At 1200 noon Mountain Time (2:00 PM ET), I heard a talk show start up, with the announcer saying "Live from Toronto, it's ....."
I didn't get the hourly ID, or the name of the show.

I'm aware of the following NTSC Channel 3 stations in Canada (not including low-power):

CJOM-TV Argentia, NL (NTV) - rebroadcast of CJON St. John's
CJCB-TV-6 Port Hawkesbury, NS (CTV) - rebroadcast of CJCB Sydney
CKLT-TV-1 Florenceville, NB (CTV) - rebroadcast of CKLT Saint John
CKRN-TV-3 Béarn/Fabre, QC (SRC) - rebroadcast of CKRN Rouyn-Noranda
CICI-TV-1 Elliot Lake, ON (CTV) - rebroadcast of CICI Sudbury
CFQC-TV-1 Stranraer, SK (CTV) - rebroadcast of CFQC Saskatoon
CFRN-TV-2 Peace River, AB (CTV) - rebroadcast of CFRN Edmonton
CFTK-TV Terrace, BC (CBC)

I'm at a loss as to which station this could be. It's obviously not CKRN as that's French, the CTV stations here all have American shows at the time you described, NTV has Family Feud at that hour, and CFTK has infomercials. I guess it's possible that an infomercial might start with "Live from Toronto..." so I wouldn't rule out CFTK.

The LP list for analog 3 (from www.w9wi.org and www.global-cm.net)

CH2030 Endako, BC-Global, relays CHAN
CFCN-TV10 Fernie, BC-CTV, relays CFCN Lethbridge
CH3034 Fort St. James, BC-Fort St. James TV Society, relays CJNT-Citytv Montreal
CHMQ McClure, BC-Citytv, relays CFJC Kamloops
CH4417 Moyie, BC-Knowledge Network
CH5568 New Denver, BC-Global, relays CHAN
CJNA-TV1 Spences Bridge, BC-Global, relays CHAN

CHCB-TV1 Cape Broyle, NL-NTV, relays CJON St. John's
CICA-TV11 Ear Falls, ON-TVO, relays CICA Toronto
CICO-TV35 Kejick, ON-ditto

other full-power analog tx on 3:
CISA-TV1 Burmis, AB-Global, relays CISA
CFRN-TV2 Peace River, AB-CTV, relays CFRN Edmonton
CITM-TV 100 Mile House, BC-Global, relays CHAN
CKTN-TV3 Nelson, BC-ditto
CKKM-TV Oliver/Osoyoos, BC-ditto

I can't figure out which station, but I'd say it has to be a CTV Two affiliate in the Pacific time zone.

At 11 AM PT, CTV Two stations run a replay of The Marilyn Dennis Show, which uses the phrase "Coming to you live from Downtown Toronto."

Now if we can just find a CTV Two station on Channel 3 that's either in the BC or Yukon or repeating a station in one of those provinces. I don't see one on the lists.

A quick check of Zap2It has the Vancouver CTV station, CIVT showing it at 11am PT. The West Coast CTV Two station, CIVT Victoria, shows it at 2pm PT. The only thing that I can think of is it might be an OTA LP channel relaying CIVT- there's a number of OTA LP channel relays in Interior BC relaying both network and cable channels.

Problem is, there are no CTV Two stations on channel 3... My information is that with one exception, all analog stations remaining on channel 3 in Canada carry either Global or CTV. (two of them carry Newfoundland's NTV but NTV's non-local programming comes from CTV & Global) The one exception is a private affiliate of CBC-TV in northern B.C..

Given how much Canadian programming originates in Toronto, I don't think "Live from Toronto" is specific enough to identify one program/network.
