Steve Wexler was the GM of Journal Tucson during "The Good Years", circa 1999-2002, was upped to VP and moved to Omaha. Shortly thereafter began the slow descent into the hole that the cluster is currently in. Coincidence? Could be. The speed of the drop increased after the firing of Mark Bentz who followed him as GM.

Everytime the Journal Corporate suits want someone to save the day, they fly in Wexler to make everything better.

Sidenote: This probably means Journal won't change quite yet, if they change at all.

KIIM went up a bit. KRQ and Hot are staying in their spot. KLPX went up. And yeah, Mix is dropping a lot. KTZR went down. Besides that, not many changes. KIIM, Mix, and KRQ are at top. And KWFM and The Point are still below average.
