WHEW! I made it on but I spotted someone on the boards this week with Jock Itch & I had long ago actually registered as jockitch & displayed the name as one word so this is me. I have to admit not making the transition was probably my own stupidity. It really is easy to establish a new password but you have to check your spam mail for the link to do so. I never do that but did it now & there you go. Anyone not getting a response will be advised that the key is any spam mail block you have on your computer.So almost a week late & only 12 plus but...Lite waay up & seemingly untouchable.WCTK up almost a full point & I have a feeling the future looks bright for country in Providence.B101 down but I think at this point they will always be within a point or so of where they are. Lots of burnout factor here so long term may depend on how long Providence's oldies/classic hits audience will sleepwalk through this format. Hey if if works for them,then program it this way. The starving artist concept doesn't work in radio.HJY: Down again. I don't see any short-term problem but long term is another matter. Still,their strength is in not reacting to fluctuations & making no changes.PRO-FM: Down a little.PRO-AM: Up a point. I kinda miss the 63 days of Dave on this board though. Maybe we'll get them back before the 92 days of summer begins.Coast up & like B101 I think they've settled into the numbers they will retain within a point or so.Hot continues to slide.Cool cracked a 2.HJJ up a little.
 
That's the best Cool ever did in Providence.I think the Bee should go after some of thier audience.The Score = :-[WEEI leveling off should go up for the summer.Now that they have the SOX.
 
I notice WKKB slid in right ahead of WEEI.They have a new morning show that came on the air around the time of the Board issues here, with a DJ who used to be on 890AM up here in Boston.I would still prefer they lose the rap they are mixing in.
