Most of the time, WWRL does not let New Yorkers hear the best two shows on progressive talk radio: Ed Schultz and Stephanie Miller. New York got to hear Stephanie Miller for one day after the just-dropped Sam Seder put his foot in his mouth. Now Stephanie Miller will be filling Imus' spot on MSNBC Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week (maybe Thursday and Friday, too). She will do her nationally syndicated progressive talk show from the I-studio at MSNBC in Secaucus for MSNBC and for her radio affiliates (most of which will take the show on delay in its normal 9am to 12 noon time slot).
At last, New York gets to hear a big reason why progressive talk actually gets listeners elsewhere.
