The radio home of the Football Giants will continue to be WFAN, as it has been since 1997 (although there were some earlier games aired in 1996, simulcast with WOR).

It is a multi-year deal (no exact terms announced), although after an interview with Giants co-owner John Mara, Mike Francesa pointed out that the emphasis is on "multi" regarding the amount of years, saying that it's more than the usual when it comes to radio rights.
Mara pointed out the strength and reach of the station's signal as being a factor in wanting to continue with WFAN.
(Likely no FM-only broadcasts for the Giants, I'd gather.)

Another part of the deal is in the extracurricular programming that will appear on WFAN, such as the one-hour "Giants Power Lunch" that will air on regular season Tuesdays within the Benigno + Roberts 10am-1pm show.

Some errors in the Wikipedia article regarding Giants' radio history. WNEW-AM did not begin broadcasting Giants games until 1961, not the mid-50s as the article suggests. In 1956 and '57, the games were on WINS and from 1958-60 on WCBS.
