NY, NY

Kids, it's been fun hanging around here today while I had the CBS-FM changeover streaming through some kick-ass speakers. The stream quality seems exceptionally good to me, especially after a little tweaking to drop the bass a bit.

I'll admit that I was wrong. ChuckyCheese ain't Joel Hollander. Hollander is working on a press release somewhere claiming that killing off CBS-FM was part of his master plan to "update" the radio station, while cutting salaries during the economic retrenchment caused by Stern's departure. Now CBS-FM can come back as an updated version of its former self, and be praised for it. Brilliant! The $80-million in lost revenue was a bit of an thorn, though. Chucky still thinks that Jack was a better choice that reinventing CBS-FM. I'd like to think that even Hollander is smarter than that.

RRR, we have found common ground. It seems like a good time to go back to my regular haunts.

Flame away, Chucky. I'm sure that the regular posters here know enough to consider the source. I'll check back in about 6 months when CBS-FM has kicked some booty, and doubled Jack's numbers and revenue.
