We're out of true Metro-NYC DX conditions here in NE PA, but a report has WWDJ 970 and WWRV 1330 in that market 'off the air for this week and maybe next' from 11PM to 5 AM for transmitter work. An on-air announcement at signs-off supposedly mentioned that, but since the alert was posted on Wed January 9th, it's hard to tell when the stations BEGAN this.
It's quite possible that for a few more days 970 and 1330 (plus their adjacents) could be very ripe regional places to wait for IDs to come in, for those DXers in the main coverages and elsewhere.
