NYC TV Transmitters

Hi, I was just courious. Is all of the NYC TV stations transmitt from Empire State Building right now instead of Armstrong Tower or Conde Nast Tower? Also, is WNJB DTV channel (8) transmitt from New Jersey or at the ESB?
 
You might get a quicker answer on the "New York City" board under "Television Cities".
