To quote Opie himself from the show: "I was in a fraternity! I didn't go to class!"

Yeah? WTF do you think this post is about? Let me 'splain: They haven't got any sort of leg to stand on vis a vis hypocracy.

AFAIK the story in the newspaper came out before Howard even mentioned it. So what do you mean by 'rebuttal'?

Oh, well, that's so charitable. But you seemed to have overlooked other stuff.

You don't listen to their show? Well I do. Via audible. Anthony said it last week. I think it's one of the Las Vegas shows.

As a direct result from this incident.
Let's also state that O&A have said how

But they ain't sorry he died?

It was their contest. If not, then why were they fired?

Chortle!
O&A did very little for Lewis Black. I knew him more from the Daily Show than O&A. Never heard of the bus incident until after it happened. And that was through Black himself on the Daily.

Oh? There is no indication of that in <a href="http://release.theplatform.com/content.select?pid=3NeXcec326AeV9wuagFvVPt3I7SkS_AH&UserName=Unknown">this clip<a/>.

Wow, you're killing me with the vocabulary, Deuce. If they did it, they would have put out a press release. They just wanted to distance themselves from the whole thing. They don't care who died.

I can't say 'demopcrat'-it hurts my lips. No, of course they would ally themselves with the like-minded. But Hannity and Imus are scumbags.

I have commented on this before. It's a way of getting even with clear channel. And he wasn't really an 'enemy', just a competitor. He has a different sensibility than Howard. It's a smart business move. And here's another wotd: hyperbole.
Let me ask you: At what point did O&A get a gag order through the channels of Infinity, a company Howard helped build? Was it after thier initial salvo about his divorce? And did he stop their paychecks at Infinity? I'm sure he had that power and didn't exercise it.
